These terms apply to the PlotWalk app for iPhone, made by LEX GLOBAL IT S.R.L., Romania ("we"). By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Measurements are estimates

PlotWalk measures areas and distances from the points you place on satellite imagery or record with your phone's GPS. Measurements are estimates for planning. They are not a legal survey. Satellite imagery can be out of date or slightly offset, and phone GPS is typically accurate to a few metres. The "about ±" figure is an estimate of that uncertainty, not a guarantee. Don't rely on PlotWalk for boundaries, legal disputes, sales or construction that need a licensed surveyor.

Fence estimates

Fence estimates (posts, lengths, gates and costs) are calculated from your measurement and the values you enter. They are a planning aid, not a quote. Check quantities and prices with your supplier before you order or agree a price.

Free and Pro

Free: measuring by tapping or walking, undo and redo, units, search, the fence estimate, up to 3 saved fields, and map images with a small PlotWalk badge.
Pro: unlimited saved fields and folders; PDF, KML, GeoJSON and CSV exports; map images without the badge; walk recording while the screen is locked; and iCloud sync when it becomes available.

Subscriptions and purchases

Annual: $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial if your Apple Account is eligible. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you're charged $39.99 to your Apple Account when it ends. If you allow notifications, the app reminds you 2 days before the trial ends.
Monthly: $5.99 per month.
Lifetime: $79.99 once. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and nothing renews.
Prices are in US dollars; other countries see their local price in the app before buying.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from PlotWalk › Settings › Manage subscription. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
To restore a purchase on a new or reinstalled iPhone, use Restore purchases on the Pro screen or in Settings.

PlotWalk doesn't collect your data. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
